MATCHA TEA 'Samurai Spirit' Spice King®, True Japanese, Culinary Grade (Kakegawa, Shizuoka, Japan).
Latin name: Camellia sinensisHow To Use: Matcha Tea is the original high quality Culinary Grade green powder tea from one of the oldest producers of matcha in Japan – the Maruyama Tea label (Maruyama Seicha Co. Ltd.) since 1933, which origin dates back to 1891, is traditional in the Japanese tea ceremonies, where it is drunk in pure form – without sugar, honey and milk. Matcha tea has the sweet taste and the exceptionally rich aroma, and due to the high caffeine content, it is recommended to use only from 2 g (1/2 tsp) per 60-80 ml of water to 4 g (1 tsp) per 50 ml of water up to 80°С in a special chawan bowl. It is also used for latte, cocktails, ice cream and baking.
